Time traveler. Have you read the form instructions? Or the k-3 guide on here?

Agree. Everybody should go to the USCIS site and follow the USCIS instructions. I’d never get info from a forum other than the very basics, or to reinforce what I’d read.

Wow so a month exactly for K3 denial! We are about almost 2 weeks into our I-129f submission...really anxious to see what happens in the next few weeks

Not for everyone...many are at over a month waiting. It obviously depends whose desk it ends up on :( I'm waiting 42 days and nothing.  I am almost at 11 months on my i-130. No prior marriages, no kids, no background issues, 4.5 years relationship with 7 x 2 week visits. So yeah this is such an unfair process.. :(

Thank you for the support. I am just so tired of all of this..I am going back to India again for my 8th trip. I just want my husband here with me. This long distance is just so incredibly painful for both of us. Only seeing my husband twice a year for 2 weeks, no-one understands the challenges. My husband is so kind and patient and for that I am thankful, but I have paid my dues and I want him here. Now Mumbia is backlogged, so it just seems I can't get a break. :(

Hello

I am waiting for my husbands I-130 approval PD November 8, 2018 Nebraska office

I have read that filing for K3 visa form I-129 could help to accelerate the process. Has anybody here done it? Has anybody here heard about it? Thanks for reading.

Hi ,

i and some other people done it . And it works

i will just talk of my Experience

I applied and they took 1 month to process it (NOA1 07/08/19 - denial08/08/19). They denied it and approved my I-130 the same day (after 344 days )

its like the bingo some people are lucky and the K3 is processed /denied within a month and the I-130 approved and  someothers  a little bit less lucky  depending on which desk the petition Arrived ..

I believe they don't denied every I-129 and approve I-130. These just for cases at least pass 300 days from PD I-130. if they do that mean everyone can apply I-129 even they applied for I-130 3 months ago.

They approved I-130 who were far from 300 days with the I-129F .

Then , true , they maybe don’t denie all I-129 F to approuve I-130 . Each case is different
