Please what's the filing fee for the i-129f?? I read somewhere that it's free for those with pending i-130... how true is this please??

there are no additional fees to be paid with the i-129f form.

Oh my gosh! We've been approved! Only 90 days after NOA1, we received yesterday's I-130 approval.  I would like to thank the JMPM who gave me the tip to send the I-129F. I confess that I am shocked. I didn't expect it so soon.  It's 7 months away from my husband and I know how much it hurts. Unlike most, first I received the approval of the I-130 and after a few hours I received the denial of the I-129F. Stay firm and have faith!!! Good luck to all

Did you DCF? As your timeline shows that so could be why it was so quick? CONGRATS!!

What's the difference between the my.gov.uscis and the e.gov.uscis websites?

I have an account on both, added both of my cases (I-130 and I-129F) but on the my.gov the PD date of the I-129F is Sept 6th whereas the e.gov it's Sept 3rd. Which one is everyone using and why are there two?

egov is the “old” website I think, and my.uscis is the “new” one, not sure why there are two PDs but I wouldn’t worry about it too much. I have an account on both but the my.uscis one still is not updated to be current with my cases while egov is

Means “direct consular filing”; it’s when the US citizen petitioner is living abroad and qualifies for directly filing with the consulate for a visa (if the consulate offers direct filing) and going through all the steps at the consulate directly, instead of sending the petition to the lockbox and having it assigned to a service center, having to go through NVC, etc. Since your petition is here at Nebraska I’m gonna guess you didn’t do DCF since your petition would never have been in the states at all if you did

I am in Brazil and my husband is in Florida. We did the procedure for the USA. I did everything by myself including the translations of the documents even with my poor English. We are also in shock because of the speed.

No, our I-130 is a LIN number. Our K3 was denied yesterday, but unfortunately i still don't see any update with our I-130 - i thought it would've been adjudicated in the same day. I might need to call on Monday for reassurance...the website seems to be a bit slow.
