I've got the same I-129F PD, so now begins the compulsive checking...

Did you get an email notification for the denial?

My PD for I-129F(e) is 08/07/2019 - 50 days ago. Still waiting - everyone getting their K3s denied recently is giving me anxiety. Hopefully our case is not in the back-burner.

When do you think they are going to catch on?

They'll have to administratively close and remove the option entirely. Considering there are probably very, very few that are sent in (VJ forum is a microscopic minority of people that actually apply) and with the backlog they're facing, I'm not sure closing this is a top priority for them.

When you guys filed the I-129F, did you send it to the Dallas Lockbox address as stated for the I-129F? If not, then what mailing address?

I'm curious because I don't know how the sorting works, and how you send it to mailing address and ends up to the same service center that has the I-130.

The service center that has jurisdiction over your case depends on the type of form you file and the filing instructions for that form. Where you reside may also be a factor. For example, you may live in California, but the Vermont Service Center may have jurisdiction over your case if you submitted a form that the Vermont Service Center processes.

Here is another link that I found that discuss service center locations and jurisdictions - Not sure how accurate it is

Thanks @Sea Leslie, but I don't think you you understood my question.

I'm particularly asking those who have already filed the I-129F shortcut successfully, like @LilyJ @Mr. Bama

What is the filing address for this form? Is it the same as the I-130's? or the one stated on I-129F's instructions?

Thanks!

Use the address in the I-129F instructions.

Just for future reference: USCIS no longer assigns cases to service centers based on where you live. That info is outdated

And I know others have already answered now but yes I sent mine to the Dallas lockbox, it gets sent to the same service center as the I130 because they must be processed together, so when you send the I129f with the I130 NOA1 they know where to send it based off the receipt number of the I130

VJ being a small  community doesn't include those lawyers, or individuals out there that are filing anyways offsite so what are we adding to what is out there might just be just a drop in the bucket so basically nothing.  There was a noticeable uptick on the 129F denials last quarter in nebraska. Assuming all 129F forms are grouped as the same thing for statistics no matter what the visa type K1 vs K3. Let's see next quarter how those numbers are. Or maybe they don't count K3 denials to the I-129F petition statistics maybe it's ignored since the I-130 was approved.

Either way Nebraska is still horrible approving 50% of what they intake. While Potomac and Texas are at par or exceeding the number of intakes.

01/28/2019 - Mailed Express Mail USCIS Lockbox Phoenix

01/29/2019 - Received by Phoenix Lockbox
