According to the Nebraska website, the processing time for the I-129 is faster.

I think the reasons why it takes some I-129F longer to be denied than others is the same reasons why some I-130 are approved after 11 months and other after 14 months. My guess is that the I-129F for K3 visa arrive on top of the pile for some reason and are given priority over I-130. But then, they don't process the I-129F at all and instead go look for the associated I-130 and it takes them one to three months to process it like other I-130. It is just a loophole in their case management system and they might close it when they realize it.

So after we already submitted the i-130, months ago, just filling in the form i-129f is enough or do we need to send everything again (proof of marriage, photos etc)? How aboud the DS-260 form?

It's all copies. Some people said they didn't send passport photos, but for .33 cents at walgreens you can print out a 4x6 with 6 passport photos. Download a app on the app store of your phone "Passport Photos" it will create a 4x6 with photos, save it, print it, cut it yourself (If you're paying more that cents for a passport photo you're doing it wrong.)

Thanks for your quick message. I don't think I explained my question right. We already send everything with the I-130 months ago, and have the NOA1. Now filling in the I-129f and we are wondering if we have to everything all over again(sending proof etc) or if we can just send a copy of our Noa1 i-130 with i-129f

When I helped my coworker. He just sent a copy of his NOA1, a copies of the birth certificates, and marriage certificate and passport photos that was it.  He sent it on 8/13 and got a response on 9/18 that he was approved  woke me up too his call time for work at at 5am i was still asleep LOL

I just thought of something, how come they ask for passport photos, are they giving us a new passport?

It took around 5-7 days to get the NOA1 in the mail. Still waiting on the NOA2 letters for the I129f/I130 in the mail
