I129f Denied: 9/19/19

I130 Approved: 9/19/19

 

Got I129f denial last night by email and egov.uscis, not updated on my.uscis

Got I130 approval on phone, not update online on either site

Guys, Good to see people uncovering the I129 shortcut - seems to have a measure of success with the information I’m seeing here. Is there any option for IR5 (parents) applicants?

I’m checking everyday for a notification, NVC still hasn’t recieved our case ☹️ I just want this process to be done now and be with my husband. 

 

Ps congrats to everyone who’s gotten their approvals. Prayers for the ones still pending❤️

Unfortunately the I-129F is not for parents, only for a fiancé(e) and their children (K1 and K2 visas), or a spouse and their children (K3 and K4 visas).

we just called them and they say they were processing August 16th .

when did You received your case number ?

I129f Denied: Sept 17, 2019 (Received Email on the 17th with the denial)

I130 Approved: Sept 17, 2019 (Called today (Sept 20) and verified that it was approved. Still not updated online) 😍

I’ve looked and looked. I saw a thread and link for info and detailed documents needed for an I-130 applicant to file form 129f for K3. Can someone post the link here. I’m cross eyed
