I can’t remember exactly but that would definitely make more sense; I wonder how many of them were I-130s then?

I'm looking at i130s only and there are around 8828 for August 2018.

You can look at the file to see the cases numbers are not consecutive. The missing numbers are other cases I guess.

I don't think they'll wait to resolve everything for August before they move to September. I say that because there are a lot of cases pending for July and they're working on August already.

My guess is those July cases (the ones still showing received) are waiting on response from another government agency or have a lower priority for some reason.

We know they're working on August. Now I am waiting to see some serious movement for September 😀. That'll tell us they have caught up to September 2018.

Called USCIS yesterday now that I am in the states!

The guy told me that the processing time for Nebraska is 11.5-15 months. Therefore he said my case is still within the normal time range. T_T~~~
As of now my case has been in the process for 11 months and 1 week (USCIS guy told me).

Hopefully things will move along!!!! :D

If I am reading your post correctly, ours is 56XXX. Date was Aug. 7, 2019. Sometimes I think because our paperwork weighs 6.5 pounds, maybe they keep shifting it to the bottom.

August 2018 was at 842 approvals and 11 nvcs when I checked yesterday.

The attached zip contains case statuses ( that I know of ) for August 2018.

The monthly statuses show the known statuses from July to September as of August 9th.

The daily Statuses shows the statuses updated during the last week. Aug 5th to Aug 9th.

PS: Notepad (the one which ships with windows) is not the greatest tool to view txt files. I like using notepad++ when working with txt files as it has much better search feature (among other things).
