Yea our timelines are pretty much identical and have the same movement pattern.

Let's hope everything goes smooth from now on and in less time.

We also paid both fees immediately we received the number.

Waiting for confirmation now.

They say it takes 2 to 3 business days

Same here. I am hoping to finish submitting all documents by end of this week.

Ok thank you for your answer 🙏

its sad to say but it’s NSC .. it’s another world there with other rules obviously .

they sent mine almost a most after approval too .. such a waste of time after already about a year just to receive the NOA2.

You are most welcome. I know it is very frustrating. I am so ready for the whole process to be finished. It is a complete mess, especially, NSC.

I am sure you will hear something very soon.

Do they really take application and make decision in order they receive? Or its big lie from US Government. I am now almost 1 year waiting from Nebreska USCIS and no decision yet. Some of folks who applied in same service center and after my date got already approved. I am so helpless and disappointment..

i almost check my status 50 times a day.. i feel now i am loosing my patience..

What is your priority date for NOA1? Please fill in your timeline and you will have an estimate of your date of approval.

Every case is different and some take more time to be processed than others. Thats is why even if they open the cases in the order received them, some are approved earlier than other

That is what I have observed too.. those who applied January, February and march 2019 have gotten Thier approval. Mine is 342 days today, am so disappointed

That would be people who got an expedite or submited the I-129F for K3 visa. The average waiting time is right around one year now (give or take a couple of weeks) so you have nothing to worry about.

For our story, look at my profile.

Me too friend ..😕

Each little process is taking a month/2 months /3 weeks

++++ all the time it’s awful and unfair . We gave all our patience to NSC and now we are tired .

I am sorry for your rib . Take care of you and have  some rest 🙏

i hope you will get well soon

Yes.. same boat we're in

Exactly. 3 months, 3 weeks.  Wow.

Really torture my friend.

Yes, happened a week now, stupid rib pains.. but nothing much one can do about this.. I have to wait 3-6 weeks (haha just like this process 🤪)

Today I went for my x-rays.  Argh we have to be careful when moving around doing things otherwise pain

It just takes rest, ease, it'll be ok. I'll pray 🙏🏼

My online status was finally updated to sent to Dept of State yesterday 9/9, 22 days after approval. Totally skipped the “you’re approved” hahaha! The stress of all of this gives me the giggles, if you don’t laugh you’ll cry, right? ;)

Bye Bye Nebraska!!!!

Thanks for all the information you guys provide here. Recently joined the Nebraska family :)

I-130 NOA1: 8/23/2019 IOE number

1-129F NOA1: 9/5/2019 LIN number

Anyone else who filed a I-129F receive a LIN number?

I had a LIN number when I filed the I-129F . They will send it to you or you can call USCIS to have it
