I checked cases over the past weekend and compared them to the numbers I uploaded the weekend before (for Aug 2018). There might be some numbers from this week in there as well. However, I have checked all the cases this week.

For August 2018:

monthlyStatuses.txt 2.29 kB · 4 downloads dailyStatuses.txt 91.13 kB · 3 downloads

approvedAndNvc.txt 115.42 kB · 3 downloads

Does the approval list contain only  spouse petitions for I 130 or there are family based also? I can't see my recipet number there . but recipept numbers with same date as my PD are approved but mine  not. Don't know how they work out. Or is it country specific?

it sure does seem so, I am hoping to see things speeding up again next week, if they don't catch up, the processing time might increase again

So I got my K3 denial last night but I don’t see approval on my i-130 yet. I will try to call today. Everyone is saying it means approved, but until I hear or see or hear something I can’t be happy.

They all say that the i-130 won't show anything online until it's sent to nvc but you'll get a snail letter in the mail with the i-130 approval

One of the two sites might show an update for the I-130 shortly too. That's what happened to mine, showed an update one day after the I-129f.

Calling would also answer that immediately - but like the others, I also think it's been approved.

The approvals are for i130s.

As seen in the screen shot above there isn't a way to tell what kind of relative a case is for or which country it is for.

The link I am using for this data is https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do

You can check your case status using this link. I think there are other links as well which show different info sometimes. However, I do not recall those links right now.

Your case not being there might mean one of three things:

  1. The case has not been approved or sent to nvc
  2. I missed it when looking for cases
  3. The case status has not been updated online

Congrats! So case number email.

I called yesterday but they said they didn't receive it yet.

You got expedite?

wow then i guess you will be skipping the NVC part! that's nice. only a couple of months until you are done with this process! good luck!!

Possibly... His email said he had officially requested an expedite, but got NVC email the same day so we are just riding it out to see which one happens first. We are continuing on each step just like no expedite until we hear different.

Finally...I am stick in shock. Had to call a Tier 2 to find out I am approved!! Such a long painful journey. My K3 denial came in a text message and email, but I had to call USCIS about the i-130 since it did not show any change on both websites and tracker.

I-130     PD: 09/18/18 - Approved 8/20/19

I-129F   PD: 07/02/19 - Denied 8/21/19

Congratulations
