We got our NVC # email today and also a email from my congressman saying he "officially" requested an expedite for us today as well. Also said our paperwork was sent to U.S. Embassy in Singapore in the same email. That part I don't understand...haha

Congrats! So case number email.

I called yesterday but they said they didn't receive it yet.

Hey guys, we just filed through lawyer i believe at texas service station. It seems like case got transferred to Nebraska as i got noa1 from there.

Looking at uscis timeline it seems like it takes 7 months longer than texas. Is it true or it is not updated. Are normal processing times that long in nebraska service station?

You can’t file at a service center, you send it to a lockbox and the lockbox assigns it to a service center. Yes processing times are really that long :(

IOE basically means USCIS is working digitally, it’s their e-filing case number start.

If you got a NOA from Nebraska, you should be with the Nebraska Service Center. And yes, it really does take that long. 😉

(Personally, I’m at over 11 months now — posts above show how long others have been waiting)

Yes they still didn't receive it.  It was sent to nvc already from uscis side on August 14th.

But we have to double check to see if it's actually received by NVC.

So I called in yesterday and the lady said no not yet arrived. I have my lin case number she typed it up in her computer screen.. but nothing.hmm

Yeah this process is 🤬

Pray for all those who are due for their i130. Because there's another process after
