Hey friend !

No , I am still «  »received «  but I pray to receive a good news soon 🤞🤞 .

they updated the old website and still not the new one 🤷‍♀️

I had the notification via visa tracker and I checked both of them .

It’s crazy ! Lol

I hope it’s gonna be the same for us 🤞

From what I hear, they cannot deny your I129 without a reason, and I believe the only one would be that you don’t need it anymore because your I130 was approved. I’m 99% confident they approved yours 😁

Called USCIS yesterday now that I am in the states!

The guy told me that the processing time for Nebraska is 11.5-15 months. Therefore he said my case is still within the normal time range. T_T~~~
As of now my case has been in the process for 11 months and 1 week (USCIS guy told me).

Hopefully things will move along!!!! :D

At least it seems they are working on all august cases, so i think you will hear good news soon!! Definitely before the end of the month

so I ran a search to find out actually how many I-130 cases there were between the number 1890590000-1890600500 who are still just "case received" and there are about 1521 cases, so if your case number is far way, don't be so alarmed, most cases aren't I-130, and that's also considering that the number of applicants is really big in the month of august for some reason, also, I chose this length because they're the 10k cases in front of mine 🤣

I think we can all agree at this point they are processing on average close to 1 year with some at one week shy. It’s just such an unfair process for a US citizen to get stuck with Nebraska when others approve in half the time. Such a disappointment in the USA.

If NSC processing cases on Augest/2018 now, maybe our cases will approved next month.

Do there have to be a certain reason to expedite ?

Yes there must be a reason with proof such as financial hardship or a life or death situation or an NVC error

They do seem to be moving a tiny bit faster now from the statistics. That could change again tho 🙄 I’m just so lucky that  I have such a kind husband who has been wonderfully patient in this process. Can’t wait to give him those three beautiful words, we all so long to hear 🙏🏻
