UPDATE:

Hey guys, 1000+ cases from April have been either approved or transferred, or just processed.

Jan and beginning of Feb were almost completely ignored yesterday.

March is still on the rise.

Still no May? Getting harder and harder to cope with all this.

I set up USCIS online account, and sent inquiry there. Alternatively just call them. Number is on USCIS website. I'm not super optimistic about inquiries. They just seem to read off the case status that we see on USCIS page anyway, but inquiry is right thing to do at this stage.

Besides delay, I'm a bit bothered by attorney's total hand-off approach. Waste of time and money. Didn't even bother initiating an inquiry, which I did myself. Expensive paper shufflers.

The 3 of us can commiserate together.  January 15 here.

Yes, you've been waiting much longer so hopefully your case will come up soon. This is hard for all of us. Yes we've only been waiting 9 months but if you look at the other service centers that's how long Nebraska should be. Prayers for us all.

Is this the site you are using?  I don't see anything in orange or anything that says processing.

Is it cause of LIN and IOE cases?
