They will get to May and April soon, some of those cases after April and May that have gotten approved are likely just cases that got sent out of Nebraska to other service centers

I have been waiting for over 300 days now. April  I pray it's get to my turn my March

We got denied our i129f last week. We filed it in Nov. However, our i130 got approved 90 min before i129f denial.  We waited over one year for our i130 at Nebraska... so in the end our i129f didn’t help!

July and September really? Could it be one-off due to expedite process?

That was my question and when someone got approved from June I said that. The response was that maybe the April and May cases mught have been paper forms. Lol! They don't do anything in order. Very disappointing.

Np. It's really nothing specific. The dates varied greatly: from March until December.

I'm very busy these days in case I don't respond as fast. But I'm keeping an eye out.

If anything exciting happens, I will let you guys know :).

Lots of comments/posts on some of the Facebook groups about the date on their USCIS online account being updated to yesterday or today.  Any idea what that could be?

Some of the people who commented it happened to them were as long ago as July 2019 PD's, but also some PD's in January 2020 commented theirs were updated as well - so in the end it might not be anything to get super excited about if it happened to people in January 2020.

It was posted in the October 2019 Nebraska Filers Group on VJ as well. And yes, our status date changed as well. The status is still the same as before (processing), but the date has changed to February 23rd, no clue why 🤔

@AMS13 any guess from your side? 😊

How is this a fair treatment smh

We have to wait another 2 months at least before being able to file a case inquiry.  Even though they are working cases months after January 2019.
