UPDATE:

Following up on latest statistics, remaining cases:

20.92% in Jan.

47.50% in Feb.

71.92% in Mar.

Once again, March is taking the lead in terms of approvals/denials. However, I noticed a rise in processing of 2018 cases and Jan 2019.

UPDATE:

Following up on a good amount of processing already done the past couple of days.

April and May remain ignored compared to the rest - only a few cases were processed at all.

June has almost officially entered the picture with a lot of cases processed - I will state its % for now for future references.

19.80% in Jan.
44.00% in Feb.
66.80% in Mar.
74.70% in Jun.

Also, I-129F denials have been spotted .. several of them.

So 25% of cases in June already processed? Could be the IOE cases showing a faster processing time? I know most started in July, but there has to be a decent amount of IOEs in June.

I’ve only seen 1 Nebraska IOE case approved and that was on a fb post today from the very end of June. It’s more likely the LIN cases from June that have been transferred out that have been getting approvals in the last week
