Looks like they are finally shifting the workload........they did that back in late 2016, too.

Why does it not even show up on visa journey of unapproved cases is what I'm asking. My I-130 shows up. Just curious.

Sorry to cut in -but where are these lists you are talking about ...when you say Igor’s lists -or the list of visa journey .....also with whom and where are you having these live chats ?   I’m very new to this process and It’s starting to feel over whelming.  I received my first NOA in October of 2019 for our I-130.

Please, see inbox

Only random cases across April were processed. Nothing regular, yet.

How do you find this information on what caesed are being worked on ext ?  I’m sorry , I’m just new to all of this and have no idea what anyone is talking about.  I received my first NOA on October 2 and then had on update that it was in process as of Nov 18th. I have heard nothing more since then.

Incorrect .. that's K1 or K3 .. or nothing at all. No definitive way of telling what these cases are. Just form numbers.

I received the I-129F denial over the mail which states that the reason for denial was the approval of I-130. However I haven't received anything over the mail for I-130 approval. All the app/sites still says my I-130 is pending and the representative at the USCIS also said that my I-130 is pending. This is confusing.

It requires adjustment of status.......just like a K-1.

I thought, hypothetically, if you actually were granted a K-3, that you were not required to adjust status but rather you could wait for your I-130 to go through its normal process.

Maybe so....I think I have seen one reference to that.  But I have a lot of others which contradicted it, too.....It's such a an extremely rare visa.
