All I can tell you right now is you're a special case with special circumstances. The processing times for you could just be the same as everyone else, more, and/or less. No one truly knows.

When any case is transferred, they should send a notice indicating the reason why it was transferred. Also, you can call USCIS and ask for the reason, or ask to speak to an officer to learn about the reason.

Let us know what you find out!

Okay. I will call and update ...

Thank You

UPDATE:

Mass re-transfer of many cases previously transferred from Feb 11-13. @Youssef1 Check if your cases is one of them and call them if needed. Let us know what you find out.

Some cases from late 2018 and Jan, Feb, March 2019 have been processed, but mostly approved.

Overall, a much lower rate of approval, and processing in general, today compared to previous days.

I did live chat with an agent at Uscis website. She said My case may not necessarily take that long. Your case was transferred so that it could proceed more efficiently.

Did you live chat with an actual agent or the virtual assistant?

How? I see a contact form online, does that lead to a live chat?

I search uscis contact number at Emma Help

They provided me options

I choose live chat.

They asked me if i need online representative.

I choose that and got connected with a agent.

You have to start chat with Emma and then if she cannot help you she will say would you like to live chat with an agent. You're still texting but she can look at your case and give you a round about answer to your questions. It is one of those agents that told me they were still processing cases from Sept. 2018.
