Hey Guys!

Not a Nebraska filer (I'm so sorry for you all though, really.). My best friend filed in March with Nebraska, so I still share in the pain you are all experiencing. Saw this on Facebook and thought it might add a little joy to your life knowing there is at least SOMETHING you can do. Good luck all! I'll be praying things speed up.

Merry Christmas to all ! 🎄

Last week I spoke with the USCIS Ombudsman’s office. They recommended that Nebraska fliers write to the USCIS Director’s office to inquire about the lengthy processing times at Nebraska. So here’s what you need to get your letter to them:

Here’s the names and addresses for people “in charge” at USCIS -

Kenneth Cuccinelli, Acting Director USCIS

Donald Neufeld, Associate Director, Service Center Operations Directorate

Daniel Renault, Associate Director, Field Operations Directorate

425 I St NW
Washington DC 20001

uscis-elis-feedback@uscis.dhs.gov

Maybe someone will sit up and take notice 🙏

Thank you for sharing this. So should we just use the feedback email and put ATTN to one one those people?

I'm not sure, I guess it is up to you. Emails work, but I think sending letters may make more of a statement since they would physically take up space. Do whatever you think will help you get your point across. 😎

Congratulations 🎈🎊🎉

I have been waiting for a year now at Nebraska and now they just sent it to Vermont. I regret not  submitting I 129k now but I think 🤔 my be a bit too late now to submit it. Maybe I will just wait out the whole process and hopefully with this transfer great news will come sooner then soon.

Hi

how did you get to speak to a lower level Uscis officer.

i know the customer service don’t know much about anything.

I am interested as well how you spoke with a lower uscis officer. I tried calling but just got recording and prompts to check on our status. Could you share the number you called?

I really don't see how it sped things up that much when it still took a year from NOA1 to interview. If that is the case the rest of us are looking at about 14-16 months without the help of the I-129.
