So you were approved about 10 months after you filed the I-130. Did you also file the I-129f?

I'm guessing November and December had less applications compared to previous months which is why Nebraska has started working on some January cases already.

Just a theory. Can't say anything for sure.

Spoiler

Good theory. I'll try to check I-130s from January onward.

I pray for things to start moving forward for everyone. It is psychological torture, this waiting. Trying to keep up two households and not knowing when things will start to happen. Good luck everyone.

Hi everyone,

There hasn't been many updates over the past two weeks, probably over holidays, and I except this to remain as slow until January 2020.

For those who want some statistics:

approx. 140 new I-129F cases received, rejected, and/or expedite request denied between Nov 7 and Dec 3.

Only 11 new I-130 cases received between Nov 7 and Dec 3.

Only the following cases have been updated:

LIN1990554603 - Form I-129F - Received:06/26/2019    Denied:11/25/2019
LIN2090062627 - Form I-129F - Received:10/21/2019    RFE Response Received:11/30/2019
LIN1990598456 - Form I-129F - Received:07/22/2019    Denied:12/3/2019
LIN1990712332 - Form I-129F - Received:09/19/2019    Denied:12/3/2019

As you can see, there's no specific order to processing still.

Hope to see more soon.

Thanks for this!!

I'm really curious to see the breakdown of which countries are approved faster than others. Does that stat exist or does that open a pandoras box?

I-130 accepted January 3, 2019. Approved December 4, 2019. I am thankful this stage of the immigration process is over and I am praying the next NVC goes faster.

It was someone reporting their own case. Not that Nebraska is working on January 2019.

It appears they are working on early December based on the timelines shown here https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=i&op2=d&op3=5&op4=1&op5=5,6,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,108,110,111,208,210,211&op6=Nebraska Service Center&op66=All&op7=All&dfile=No&adv=

However, you can't make a case inquiry unless your priority date is earlier than September 07, 2018.

We got our NOA 2. Hope you will soon too!

Thank you. But, our NOA 2 was June of 2019. We are STILL waiting on NVC to approve (or deny so we can fix them) my Affidavit of Support and tax documents. They approved all of her documents months ago now. Sept or Oct I think. Dec 10th will be 17 months and we haven't even started with the medical and interview yet. This whole process has been absolute hell...
