There is a Facebook group for I129/I130 people where the spouse is from Dominican Republic. I wanted to pass that along.

I probably didn't specify well enough. I did go on the USCIS but it's very confusing besides that we need to file a form 129f. Should we include photos and proof of citizenship or just 129f and marriage certificate with NOA1 is enough,. Didn't realize there is a K3 guide here. So after reading it all other questions are answered. Thank you.

Also I'd like to hear from someone who filed it already if they added any additional stuff besides any of the listed above?

I found a dozen cases that filed I-129F and were approved in less than 6 months at Nebraska, no doubt it helped there. And those cases were only up to begining of July, when not so many people had tried it yet. The quickest I found was only 59 days! They submitted the I-129F with the I-130.

I think the reasons why it takes some I-129F longer to be denied than others is the same reasons why some I-130 are approved after 11 months and other after 14 months. My guess is that the I-129F for K3 visa arrive on top of the pile for some reason and are given priority over I-130. But then, they don't process the I-129F at all and instead go look for the associated I-130 and it takes them one to three months to process it like other I-130. It is just a loophole in their case management system and they might close it when they realize it.

Check out https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f there's a list of what's required. I only sent in what was on the list. In my mind the I-129 is secondary and I don't care if it gets rejected if it helps the I-130. At a minimum fully complete the application and include whats on the list. Also, don't forget the copy of the  NOA1 for the I-130.

I've got Nebraska as a service center but my case number is #IOE.Does anyone know about this case or all the stuff about IOE case?

You have an efile basically they scanned your petition and there's no actual paper file. If you logged on to your my USCIS account you might actually see the scans (as reported by others). In theory this should speed things up as the adjudicator doesn't need to pull up a file and just can get the next in queue on their computers.

It will also be able to send files over to nvc. IOE are still assigned to a service center maybe in the future they will just be in a pool and process all cases on first in first out.

You should take a chance on filing for the k-3 via the i-129f free to file. See if the magic others experience also apply the IOE receipts assigned to Nebraska.

well it looks like they are processing just shy of a year, so being so close not sure how it would help you. I am similar date to you but, sent my i-129 with July 2nd PD, but with 43 days I have not heard anything. Even if I approved today it would of only helped me by 3-4 weeks.
