25 days since I responded RFE to USCIS. Status just says RFE received.  Has anyone waited this longer???  

 

RFE was just for 1 Passport photo.

We waited 22 days, also was 1 passport photo. Feel like they use rfe to gain some extra time

There were no I129F denials for this week until last night. It's possible that this week was an anomaly and we might see more denials next week.

 

Of the four denials last night, one was June PD, 2 July and 1 August. Let's see what the next week brings us.

 

Here's a list of 129fs I was able to find for Nebraska. I'd put this data here in an excel or csv but VJ won't let me upload those. Text it is

So we finally got our NOA1 for the i129, (october 7th) and I can see our case actually in this list!! Awesome! Can you let me know where to get this list?:)

I mailed mine on Oct 1st but no response. No email, no sms, no myuscis update or mail notice.  
Is there any recommended way of contacting them?

Good, Awesome!!! That brings us all closer to our spouses🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️ Where are you able to see the processing months in which they are in??? Seems like this has been the longest wait ever... I have never experienced this or do not wish this process on anyone... we all need to reach out to our Congress expressing these long waits. Spouses should not have to wait this long, it causes strain on the marriage, and our families. Wishing you all the best in this process. God speed!!!🌿🌿🌿🌿

I contacted the USCIS number. I think it was (this might have changed)

• Press 1 for English
• Press 1 for Case Status
• Press 2 if you can't find receipt number
• Press 2 to reach a USCIS officer

Let the tier1 Customer Service Rep know you have not received your receipt for form 129F. K3 for your spouse. 

 

They were unable to find it at first. I asked if my i130 receipt number would help. They said yes then I provided my receipt number for I130

 

They gave me the receipt number

I generate this list using a program I wrote. I'll update it if I see any more denials. Didn't see any yesterday. 

 

The denial updates happen a little late though (around 8 Eastern).

It depends highly on USCIS updating the website timely. My program just loads the webpage for each case in that list and updates the list if t here are any changes on the webpage.
