My husband is here visiting us before he has to do some business trips. I am getting slightly annoyed! T_T...

Our PD is August 29. Still counting and waiting...

I hope so  I'm very happy for everyone who is getting approved, but it also feels so discouraging to see those with similar/same PDs including those with PD after ours get approved but with no updates on our own and no end in sight..

Surprise in my mailbox today, I just get mailed notice got APPROVED 🥳😀...... arghhh. It has been a long journey, online still case received and I called this morning but she told me my petition is still processing in normal processing time 12 to 15 months. This so surprise to me! Thank you God 🙏🏾.

My i129f PD is July 19th, 2019 and still waiting too. I called USCIS Customer service and he said that my I-130 was touched on August 30th. Not sure whats going on??  . Tired of seeing same status...

Congratulations. My PD I-130 on 09/26 /2018, PD for I-129 on 08/30/2019. Hope my case close to get approve.

Hey guys! please help, we are freaking out...

 

For our I-130 our priority date was 9/14/2018

We got RFE on 9/12/2019

 

We had submitted I-129F with PD 8/28/2019, on the NOA1 we noticed my (beneficiary) birth year was incorrect, but we didn´t do anything as we though the I-129F would get denied.

 

Today they ACCEPTED our I-129F, what does this even mean?? we are seriously about to have a breakdown. 

 

Does anyone have any idea what might happen and what we might do??

Our case got sent to the Department of State yesterday - got an eMail notification saying there’d been action on our case, so checked online (assuming my Hubbs got a text again as well);

 

NOA1: 09/14/2018

NOA2: 05/09/2019 or 04/09/2019, depending on whether you go with the date listed online, or that listed on the letter

Sent to Department of State: 09/13/2019

With the 1 year it obviously depends on when you get approved, BUT I would hope you get to the step you‘ll need it in before that year is up? 

But you need the police certificate from your country/countries (assuming you‘re the beneficiary), so unless you‘ve lived in your wife‘s country long enough  to also need one from there as well, why get it now and chance it expiring if things don’t go „optimistically“?
