Hi dear..sorry about the stress of it all! When exactly did you send out your EAD renewal? You may not believe it but my EAD C9 category renewal is still pending as my attorney sent it to Missouri Service Center (Nebraska) instead of Vermont! The only reason I'm not freaking out is because I have the C31 EAD which I received in April this year!😏💁

I have a similar situation like yours which I experienced during 2017. In my case what I did was I wrote a letter to Vermont explaining my situation along with a new application and attached the 180 days extension, copy of the expired EAD card and they actually processed it ASAP. If you have a lawyer then he or she must be up to speed with any discrepancies.

 

😊😊😊😊😊 Anyway I just hit my 30th month without any info about my 360 case. Even with the periodic status updates I receive every 2 weeks which are normal are no longer coming in thru text and email.

 

I have contacted the ombudsman, my Congresswoman and my senator about my delay........ Still 0 response.

 

This is not scare you as every case is different but please press on your lawyer as he/she can go over step further than someone like me who filed alone.

i received i360 card production update 4 weeks after I stopped receiving biweekly emails from CIS. It probably means that your file has moved from the cabinet to an officers desk. Im praying that you hear soon! Appreciate your positive energy 👍💪

That letter is referring to the requested information. Is the information you are wanting to send related to RFE? Then the answer is NO. 

 

Did you receive Prima Facie? That letter tells u how to submit addition information.

Yes i have received a prima facie. It says if i would like to add additional documents in my support, i can attach that letter with the additional information and they will put my documents in a correct file

 

can i submit another affidavit and attach that cover letter which i received with my prima facie ?

Any male victims here who has approved vawa??  I should not have read internet articles. It says that mens has less chances of getting approval as compared to women 😞 no matter how strong your case is

Remember what I told you yesterday..they already gave you a timeframe to respond to your RFE..the purpose of the blue slip that accompanied the prima facie is to be able to send in any other evidence you feel can help your case! That is the one that will be considered!😁👍

@sandranj @Stillwinning!!!😊 I am putting together my vawa application with my lawyer. I have a pending i-485. He said we should withdraw the i-485 and file new one with i-360. My problem now is I am scared of withdrawing it so they won't put me in removal proceedings or send Notice to appear. Pls house i need your views
