No i am not talking about translation part. I just wanted to ask if i can submit more documents after submitting an RFe

I called my insurance guys and they said they won’t cover any immigration exams other than immunizations 🤷‍♀️

Hey! I am doing this for the first time as well, I do have a lawyer who asked me to bring along: 

 

1.the copy of the front and back of the current EAD

2. We will fill another form for EAD

3.copy of the I-485 ( from my marriage based AOS, which is/should be on hold as we wrote to USCIS) 

 

i had asked earlier on the forum, and was told that we need to add the notice of action/receipt for I -360 ( VAWA), give them 2 passport pictures, copy of government ID 

 

That is what I know so far... everyone, please give any input you can think of. My lawyer’s paralegal does not have an appointment till end of September 😑  Which is a bit annoying as I rather have things done/ready ahead of time.

I did twice ! And i made restraining orders against him .. but he’s still showing up .. following  me .. and not only him .. his friends too ! 

I called 911 when i saw him after the restraining order , he always finds his way to escape when i call the cops on him ..

i want to expedite my EAD because of financial hardship ..

my lawyer sent my renewal application to Nebraska .. and my VAWA case is in Vermont 

I don’t know where to send my expedition request ! Should i send it to Vermont or Nebraska ?

All your applications, renewals and correspondence should be sent to Vermont.

If you go to USCIS Dr he /she will

run it as part of your physical year exam this is the way mine did it including all STD’s exam too!

She covered everything for $20 with insurance.

Call the USCIS that accepts medical insurance, she/he should know how to to run it

Ok. You can but you have to send the cover letter 1st, I never did this way so maybe someone else can give advise in the forum.

I know ,, but my lawyer sent the renewal to Nebraska unfortunately !! I realized that when i got the receipt and i check the receipt number and it begins with the letters MSC ! 

Now i want to expedite it .. i know that i should send everything to Vermont .. but i don’t know if they are processing my application or no !

you got what i mean ?

From my understanding it may take a while for your file to be transferred from Nebraska to Vermont, so chances of having it expedited maybe be narrow for now. Sorry for not getting you earlier. 

Your lawyer should be able to call and clarify where exactly your case is, then from there you can request to expedite.

Hello Family

I am bothered about my EAD renewal. Submitted in February, finger print review completed as of February 25th. Since then no update.

Raised SR about a month ago. Expext response on the 22nd of this month. No response came.

It has passed processing time. What else can I do? 180 extension expires November ending.

My attorney seems not to be bothered, keep telling me processing are delays this days.

What can I do?

Your attorney would not be bothered because he's not the one in your shoes! 😏 Some of them can be so disconnected..seems they are only interested when there's possibility of making new money!💰 It's time to ask your congressman to enquire..it's a very helpful move! I don't rely totally on my attorney! Time to expand your resources! I know how frustrating it can be remember we're in the same situation as it concerns the C9 EAD, but my only saving grace is that I have my C31 EAD..
