@Stillwinning!!!😊My online status is not showing any update. The confirmation came from the congressman who inquired on my behalf. 

my advice to you would be to get your medicals updated asap since USCIS is giving us pleasant surprises!

Yes, get the medicals updated but just to be safe don’t let the doctor sign it until you get your interview letter. This will ensure that you’re safe given the 60- day rule and you wouldn’t have to redo them medicals. 

My case status still shows transfer notice.

I also read here that the Medicals has to be 60 days recent so its kind of risky to do ahead... i really wanna do mine to  cos i hate rushing

Oh wow! Will see if I'm able to do that...I probably should do like you and enquire about my i485..so I know if they already have a date for me...hopefully!🙏 afterall we both got approved in April right? LOL! USCIS have their ways!😁😁

OMG, it was forever. I wrote quite a while ago my lawyers filed under the C31.. so of course that one still pending.

But i made them file the new C09 and there were also some mistakes. So the receipt was beginning of May and I received it by now. Did not even expect so fast from the receipt date.

 

The case itself is March 2018. They requested additional evidence. Need additional for good moral character, good intentions for marriage and criminal history from here and home country. They need last 3 years. I've been here for 2 years now.

Hopefully will collect everything and send out. At least I have work authorization finally. That's first huge relief.

But still a lot of fight on the way.
