It might change...but let's not forget that USCIS has gonr bizarre with crazy updates and erractic system glitch! Did you use an attorney? And when did you go for the interview?

I didn't use an attorney at all on my marriage based i485. I went there by myself on Aug13. The next day that's the update online. I am wondering if it's going to update again but the officer told me he will put the case on hold.

Mine say we scheduled your interview... and still on hold.... and i keep renewing my EAD and AP and using it... when is denied you will get the notification and the letter too.

If the officer told you so..then you have nothing to worry about! Sometimes if you mind the USCIS updates, you'll almost have a high blood pressure! Most of the times the updates don't portray the current situation! It's ok you're good!😊👍

I guess it's really different for everybody. If it didn't update as "denied" the following day(s) after the interview, I guess that's considered "pending" or on "hold" regardless of the case status. Thank youu  @FeDaniela and @Stillwinning!!!😊 you guys are very informative and helpful!!!!!!!!!

@CrimsonWarrior26 Mine never updated when it was put on hold/transferred to Vermont/transferred to nbc/now to my  local office/courtesy letter. I am even scared i wont get an update when my interview date is ready. That's the only case that i do not receive update on.

I am here girl... i just silently read ,laugh and celebrate with everyone. work has been busy... I got a CL July 30th... nothing for now.

Now it's 4 of us with cases put on hold that showed different status update. There is really no "Standard" per se. Thank you!

Yes, been calling all morning. The cheapest I got was quoting $200. And some were quoting between $400-600 😹

I guess I’ll just go for the first one since I’m not getting anything cheaper than that.

THIS.. i mean once we have AP, we can travel outside but what if they take any action on the case when you are outside the US? it is risky though

You have to apply for ssn
