VAWA, Part 15

I asked a question above and applicants who have submitted their vawa applications or being approved should be able to give me an answer. 

 

I don’t want to be a bother to anyone, everyone has their problems. But, I feel my questions are being ignored on this thread sometimes. I’ve sent Sandranj PMs but she does not reply them. I guess I’ll just crawl back into my hole and continue being a silent reader. 

 

I don’t like being spoon-fed, I’ve read the past threads all the way from 2012 and I’ve learnt a lot of things. Am new to vawa, so am a beginner. But, any thanks to all those who’ve helped me with the knowledge I know now about vawa Fridaygirl etc especially Fedaniela

I have been following this thread, praying silently for those still pending, joyous for those approved. And weeping profusely inside cos this journey is painful!

 

Anyways, I just saw this notification just now 👇 and I am TOTALLY confused 🤷🏻‍♀️

What's your story? Give us a history of your case/situation..then we can be able to decipher what's going on...somewhat..

I read all post but can’t answer your question because althou my lawyers weren’t helpful USCIS send documents to them

No, I filed I360 alone in May 2019

 

I485 denied on May 31st (notification received but not the letter) I have requested twice for it, but received nothing so I gave up!

 

Prima facie received June 2019

 

(by the way they renewed my drivers license for 6 years as well for reasons I really do not know)

So it is what it is...they probably reopened the case! You should be glad perhaps? No?

I have posted here a few times. But just silently following and also @sandra has been really helpful

 

my story timeline again: 

 

1. Hubby filled I310 etc Feb 2017

2. Abuse started August 2017 thereabouts 

3. Interview scheduled for May 13th but Lawyer called to reschedule. Whilst waiting for new dates I filed I360 only with the hope of showing receipt notice during rescheduled interview so they can hold my I485 

4. May 31st got denial notification instead of rescheduled interview 

5. Waited for the letter no show. Called twice they still didn’t send anything so I gave up and assumed that it’s because they’ve seen my I360 hence they denied it

6. Prima Facie received June 2019 for one year 

7. Then Aug 21 notification that I485 is reopened even though I stopped contacting them

Absolutely glad and anxious. Just wondering how possible they could reopen I485 if there’s no contact with them

Good thing you give credit for folks being helpful! It's not easy..most people do the best they can...every one should be appreciated this place is bursting with amazing folks..anyway..I think GOD has remembered you and is working in your favour..your previously denied i485 has been reopened! It states that clearly! 👏👏👏

Everyone on this platform is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME ! I have learned so much. And when I can’t hold back the tears of this horrifying journey, I come here to find peace.

 

Hmmmm! God is an awesome God, coz I wasn’t expecting this! Just like the 6 years driving license they gave me even though it wasn’t yet time. Well I shall keep you posted when I do receive the letter
