Hey guys, I have been a lurker for a while on this thread and bless you ladies for all the advice and encouragement that you share. I am in the process of filing my vawa, and I wanted to ask if I have to send the original copies of all the documents, or if photocopies are just fine?

It was wonderful to see so many approvals and so much progress in so many cases in Part 14.

I personally hope that everyone who posts in this new thread will enjoy the same.

It's good when hopes come true. :)

For those who filled the vawa forms and submitted themselves without a lawyer . Did y’all fill the whole of part 1 on the form ? What part did y’all leave out ? I don’t need a safe address for USCIS to send correspondence so what part should I fill ?

Hello, just want to explain this a beat.. most time if u have someone's full names you can look up their addresses on line and see all where they stayed before date... my ex told me this and there are sites I found out myself that can look up people's address when u put their full name age and date of birth... but u dont worry, he can not do u anything.. just dont respond to him any time he said any message.... bless u

When I left my ex husband I was being followed around too. Change your phone number and email addresses. Also make sure that you change all of your passwords for every single account that you have, especially email where information about your address or other personal information might be present. I'd cut contact with all mutual friends. It is very hard to do but thats the only way he gets as little info about you as possible. Do you have a restraining order against him? I would document everything he does and report him every single time to the police or court!
