Hi Guys,

 

It's been 65 days since they sent me my work permit for I-360. However, They still haven't approved my case though. What do you guys think I should do? Should I inquire about my case or just wait till they approve it? 

 

I'm a Nov 2017 filer and the approved my work permit on June 14th,2019.

It can come from either one of them..it's their job!👍

The C31 EAD shows you have been approved obviously! I wouldn't worry too much..but you can enquire if it will make you feel better..😊 these days USCIS is very unpredictable! Also you may be getting the update anytime now!👍

It depends on your state. Dps did not consider my prima facie or i797 letter for my drivers license but instead they did second verification and approved 1 year license for me

So happy for you😊👍...I can't wait to get it over with..still anticipating the feeling of receiving my interview letter..but I'm a little bit worried as my attorney always inform me days..or even a whole week after I get mails from USCIS I want to get an opportunity to get my medicals updated! My courtesy letter states that! I just have to keep calling them every 3days to know if I have any mail..the worst thing to happen is if they call me to say get ready for your interview tomorrow!!! Nah it won't be funny! 👎😏
