Today at 11:45pm I got notify that my LPR is Being Produce, it has being a long journey but finally I have closure, a new Journey Begins

7/19/2019 Interview Notice 

8/14/2019 Interview Date

8/19/2019 I485 Approval

Get letters from all the places you went to for counseling, yes friends, family neighbors all can write if they witnessed or know anything about your ordeal!

i am in a process of getting approved by the grace of God :-) yes i have statements from relatives

I had my interview today with a supervisor. I was asked for my medical, birth certificate and passport plus yes/no questions. We actually ended up talking about stuff not related to immigration. It was pretty easy, not stressful. To God be the glory.

 

I didn't  receive an on the spot decision but I am positive that I am approved. The vibe was good. 

 

I will let you guys know when I receive the card. The site is down/blank so...I wouldn't  know if it's updated yet.

 

Congrats to everyone who got their GC. Friday girl, I was watching your case closely and knew God got you but I understood the frustration and everyone is allowed a little unraveling...

 

To all, be positive, try to keep busy with things that will build your future and find a healthy outlet.

 

I will respond with timeline when card is received.

Vawa EAD around April/May/19 idr sorry...card came then approval notice was way later. This forum help me understand EAD under C31 is automatic VAWA approval.

Idk if lawyer got courtesy letter but AOS interview notice was received 07/30.

 

That's  all I got. No RFEs but I submitted a 12 page affidavit, very detailed. No affidavits from friends etc. I was very thorough and specific.

yes i have an attorney. I would say go through the attorney instead of applying by yourself. i cannot recommend as we all are from different states but google your area and you would get list of bunch of good attorneys

Totally agree dear ... police report is very important... I think I chose my wordings wrong ... I should have written in the event where police report is absent then the affidavits from witness is all we can do ...

Copy of your passport bio page or DL, copy of your I-797 for your EAD approval.

I found these online..but I believe I only supplied my attorney 2 passport style photographs, copy of the EAD to be renewed, and copy of i485 also not forgetting the filled out i765 form!😊👍
