Today at 11:45pm I got notify that my LPR is Being Produce, it has being a long journey but finally I have closure, a new Journey Begins

3/13/2019 Courtesy Letter

5/29/2019 Chicago Office requested my

I693/ Medical 

6/12/1019 I693/Medical in USCIS

7/19/2019 Interview Notice 

8/14/2019 Interview Date

8/19/2019 I485 Approval

need you recommendation in this feeling pressure. 

You can wait for them to ask or send it to them with your i485 receipt. I think it is good to send it but not required as members here got approval without it as well

you should have received receipts by now. I agree you don't even have receipt numbers. you can email the vermont lockbox (if they have an email) or call USCIS

Am about to send my VAWA applications to Vermont. Do I send my EAD renewal application together with my vawa application to Vermont Center ?

Quick question- after submitting RFE when USCIS usually updates the case status? They received mine yesterday and i have proof of delivery with their signature. When they will update my case status? I am curious because I need to apply for expedite EAD

You can I guess. make sure attach your EAD receipts with it and a cover letter explaining reason for expedite which I am about to do it too

They do - they updated mine within 2 weeks after received

Well it might be best for you to avoid delay..because once you file for VAWA, Vermont becomes responsible for all your cases! So if you file for VAWA and send your EAD to a different location, it might cause a delay as your i765 will be transferred to Vermont which has jurisdiction over your case!

About 2 to 3days soon as it hits them! Some cases next day...if it's too much maybe 4 or 5days!

I’ll do that. But, am not expediting. National Benefits Center has been the one handling my EAD renewal but since am filing for vawa Vermont handles that now

You’re absolutely right . To avoid delay I’ll just attach the EAD renewal documents there. Am gonna be sending a very LARGE file to Vermont
