Perhaps more accurately from when the case was transferred to local office?😏 still speculating..but it makes sense as that's when it joined the queue for interview date!!!👍

I need your advices I applied for the VAWA in May 2018 got my prima facie 

work authorization and advance parole.

 

My attorney forgot to file form I-864 w (affidavit of support ) in the form I-485 packet.

 

now I am planning to add this form in my pending I-485 application.

 

how this work do I have to ask my attorney to fill out this form along with a covering letter mentioning that we for got to add this form in the beginning and now we wanted to file the same.

 

need you recommendation in this feeling pressure.

He just need to submit the l864W with a cover letter and he should put the l485 receipt number and submit a copy of the AOS receipt as well.
