I didn't follow your story from the beginning as i am fairly new here on the forum, but i truly believe that you soon will get the approval notice. I think the officer is just keeping you hanging.... just cause they can... Find something to busy yourself with in order to distract you. I know it's painfully exhausting. All in God's hands.

I just sent you the timeline as reference but usually is 5-12 months to get Interview after Vawa’s Approval average 8-10 months majority I had read, very seldom 5 months others up to

12 -14 months

Need suggestion. I applied my new EAD on Dec 18 and my old EAD expired on Mar 19. Currently I am working on EAD extension and it is expiring next month. I haven't received any update on my EAD. I do not want an employment gap. because of RFE, they didnt work on my case and they received my RFE response today so probably i will see case update on tomorrow or on wednesday. I want to write a letter to expedite my request. where I need to send an expedite letter?

60 days is from the time you Medical Doctor signs the Medical Report. On today’s date the MR is valid for 1 year but NOT the Dr’s signature according to the Dr I saw and signed my MR.

OMG. it means those who requires medical needs to wait 60 days in order to get a signature from doctor and submit it?

I believe Vermont is in charge of all VAWA related cases!

No, i get it. It's gonna be even longer for me cause the I485 was submitted after VAWA approval and not all at once. So should i count from the date of the transfer or from the time they received my application? Thanks.

No! It means the civil surgeon's signature should not exceed 60days from the day USCIS receives it! I only hope I'm interpreting it properly! In other words the MR is only valid if it hasn't exceeded 60days from when the civil surgeon signs it!😊👍

As follow up to card production notice on Jul 25th, today I received approval update for my vawa petition. I am a Feb 2018 filer.

Besides my attorney, I would like to give credit to this wonderful forum. I was guaranteed to get an RFE, had I not followed the posts here and interfiled missing documents. Thank you folks!! You are an amazing bunch of people.

@sandranj special thanks to you for all the legal advice you provide us with 🙏

For all those waiting,  hang in there. You will hear on your case when its time. Please make sure you send in all evidence and supporting documents as and when you have them. Do not wait until rfe is issued. Best wishes!!

Feel free to ask me any questions regarding my case, I will make best effort  to answer them.
