Quick question. Is it possible to have 2 different RFE’s sent in separate times? 

So I applied for I-360 December 2017 and in May 2019 got an RFE for good moral character from home country (no other RFE). Does that mean that I won’t get another RFE for something else (like good faith marriage or extreme cruelty)? Especially given since I applied December 2017 and since then this is the only RFE I got (which I responded to a month later).

I think they ask for all documents in 1 RFE but you never know. I applied for i360 on dec 17 as well and received rfe on june 19 for extreme cruelty. What documents you submitted for extreme cruelty?

I do have pictures for the civil marriage. I have the  flight tickets I took to  usa to be with my husband.  I have my visa waiver which has his address as place of stay while in usa. I have stamps on my passport. He send money to my sister once when she was in an urgent need and I couldn't help her?. I have also hundreds of phone calls we made in watsapp also showing the length each call took. Some are video calls. His name and picture is seen in the phone calls.  My question Is can this my evidence be seen enough to prove bonefide marriage?. Ofcourse  also have letters from my family declaring what they knew about our marriage.  And my own declaration. Your advice on this will be highly appreciated..

 

 

 

You can submit your chats screenshots, your stay in usa at his house ( did you get any mails at his address) that will help you, pictures and affidavits from friends or family who attended your marriage and your church letter will help

It is my understanding that you must have been a permanent resident for 3years before you can apply for citizenship!👍

I read some online articles by some lawyers which states one can apply immediately.  I hope u get some good news very soon

Most of the times they send out all required RFEs at once..but as the case progresses, and they find some inadequacies or need closure, by all means they will send out more RFEs as needed to process your case! But at your stage now..might be unlikely..you should be getting an approval any time soon!😊👍

 I sent out pictures of abuse and a court case where she was convicted for assault and witness statements of people who actually saw the abuse  as well as the bruises and statement from a therapist and police reports

RFE comes anytime during the process, it might be when your case is receiving further review of after the get the Good Moral Character RFE. Hopefully that is all the RFE you will get in this situation. Fingers crossed it should be good news if good moral character is all they ask for.

You have already sent it!..now it's time to pray that the officer is pleased with your response! For me I think what you sent out is adequate! I pray your approval comes pretty fast!🙏😊

You can get a RFE multiple times before your petition is approved.

You can file (three years from your GC date which is probably 8/14/2019
