That message was concerning my AOS adjustment of status via marriage. No response after that. Am about to file vawa now

Hi, thanks for replying. I am from North Billerica. After I submitted RFE paper by January 2019, I didn't get any update from USCIS, even the didn't have updated my online case status.

Hi everyone!
hope you all are well. I am looking for an advice, I filed for VAWA in May 2018, I got the receipts and went for biometrics and since then I have no news regarding my case. I didn't even get my work authorization. I am very concerned and in need of at least a work permit, I already had a info pass and called USCIS but with no luck.

is anybody else in the same situation? waiting for so long with no work authorization or other news?

It takes average 15-19 months to get Vawa Approval... 

Read past timelines, there is a way to

get work permit BUT if you filed under c31 you must wait until it gets approval

I filed all 3 forms in the same time:765, 485 and 360.

I am even more concerned now, as far as I know not everybody gets a prima fascie, am I wrong?

Exactly! I never got PF, I waited 17 and 4 days to get EAD/I360 Approval! Them another 9 months and 15 days to get interview!

I am still waiting an answer after I had my interview on 8/14... it went to further review.

You should have gotten yout EAD by now..your situation is unusual! Have you tried contacting your representative to enquire on your behalf? You should do that! For prima facie, not everyone receives that..but you can ask about it when your congressperson enquires on your behalf! It's time to act now! Sometimes those enquiries set the ball rolling...

It doesn’t take 1 year or more to get a C09 EAD and what is your lawyer saying about that ? 

I have never heard this before in the forums ...
