I think it's the c09 ead because I don't see any update on my i360 on the status tracker, it still says fees are waived. I submitted i360, i485, i765 on the packet.

Good question! With that IO, hers should be approved already.

Sometimes the approval notice comes afterwards I believe?

i applied i-360 and AOS package at same time. although i mentioned c31 on i765 but they issued c09 EAD to me so I assume it is c09. i think c31 category is after your i-360 gets approve. I am not sure though but i think

Yes, I was hoping to get c09 EAD in 6-8 months as per the USCIS processing times but it was approved in less than 3 months. It's a blessing!

my attorney forgot to add i864-w exemption from affidavit of support in the form I-485 packet. 

 

how I can add this in my I-485 packet 

i submitted my I864W with my RFE response yesterday . they did not ask for it but i still submitted it
