I wanna say congratulations to all who went to the AOS interview and will be receiving their green card soon. @FridayGirl@69 don’t worry about what the IO said you will receive what is yours which is your GC. They told me the same thing before I left the interview and here I am. To all who are waiting for approval I call it down upon you in Jesus name.

Congratulations 🍾🎉🎊 to you all and keep praying. The Father will not give you more than you can bare. It’s just a little more patience.

Congratulations!!! I'm so happy for you too.  We're you able to bring your medical and are you approved on the spot?

I got my online update only after a week same time as my atty received the approval notice.

I stalked my medical doctor on Wednesday, and he filed out everything and gave it to me to take to interview.  IO told me that I was approved at interview and it will take 3-4 weeks to get GC Card.  Status did not change on my I-485 until about 5 pm

Congratulations. I wasn’t approved on the spot with my interview. Only got the white paper which said it was gonna be further review but about 30-45 minutes of driving off USCIS property I got update that “New Card Is In Production”. Different folks different strokes.

 I cannot open the page.

Looks like all my records for several receipt numbers are all gone including 360, AP, EAD

They are there but it is empty when I click it to open.

I dont know what is wrong.

Same thing for me everything is blank this morning.  The last I got from USCIS website is the USPS delivery tracking number yesterday.

Category C14 won’t impact your case non at all. All it means is that you were granted “deferred action” because your case is approved. Normally they would send C31 EAD along with a I-767 with deferred action but consider C14 as EAD with deferred action. So technically it’s a better EAD as in you don’t have to travel with the physical deferred action receipt. I got it as well back then but I had also received C31 with a physical deferred action receipt too. Congratulations 🎈🎉🎊🍾. Oh and it’s rare to receive it. Your the 2nd person including me I’ve seen.

THANK GOD! And thank you for replying 💗

Makes me feel better, I thought it was some kind of error at filing.

I think you have to be upfront honest if you ever worked illegally or without work authorization especially when the visa officer asks in specific ... maybe that’s why the lawyer butted in and clarified it so that your records state that you were honest under oath ... just saying ...

congrats dear .... GC is approved ... for sure

Thank you.

I know what you are saying and I agree.

And I know that for VAWA applicants, they would even lower the bar by forgiving those illegal action.

That is how I am trying to understand my attorney too.

It was just too out of no where. Thats it.

Yes I believe this delay is just part of everything. I know we all ( who are waiting here) will get it!!!

Good Morning family.

~Long time isn't it? I was busy preparing for my RFE and finally I submitted it yesterday

USCIS asked me to provide extra proofs of extreme cruelty in order to qualify for Vawa and I did submit so many evidences.

1. Personal affidavit - 15 pages  (includes humiliation, isolation,  immigration threats and financial abuse by my wife)

2. My father and cousin's affidavits ( they explained my depression, anxiety attacks and degradation by my wife towards me)

3. Medical records( psychological sessions, depression evaluation, TMJ due to stress and detailed psychiatric report)

4.  Hotel receipt and explanation in detail (when my wife thrown me out of her house)

5. Credit card statements ( she took control of my finances)

6. Police clearance from my home country (they didnt ask but I submit it)

7. Tax return and W2s (2017 and 2018 - they didnt ask but I submit it)

8. Chat session with national domestic violence representative

9. some other supporting evidences

I hope I have submitted sufficient evidences. Please pray for me so that I can get approval notice soon as my work authorization is expiring next month

Dwl. Nah it’s the better EAD. I was skeptical too when I got it but when I found out what it was I was glad to be one of the very few who got it.
