Ok call your attorney! I have forgotten your timeline..if you don't mind can you run it by me again..it might help me make sense of your situation..I know sometimes they do get things mixed up and their system glitch issues..etc..but still you never know!👌

Good morning everyone  

i contacted my congresswoman last week to check my case status with the USCIS ,, she was really helpful and responded to me right away , 

she asked for privacy release forms to sign couple days ago , and then i got this email today form her back ! 

They are saying my case pending security check ! I guess security check is for i485 not i360 ! And how long this may take ! Like weeks ? Months ?

I had mine on 8/14 Chicago.

 

Yes, he gave me a paper that says supervisor review,he said he will give to his supervisor to review then I will receive decision in 3 to 4weeks.@FridayGirl@69 I am not scared for us, I have prayed and fastered for the kind of officer I meant yesterday, I am still fasting, praying and calling the card forth, it will arrival within matter of days. Relax and watch God do his thing!

Good morning All, 

 

I Received my EAD from my VAWA application, however is category c14.. I think the attorney who filed this messed up (he had no idea about VAWA) 

My question is: anybody has had catgegory c14?

 

@sandranj do you know if EAD c14 will impact my AOS application? My original i-485 application was placed on hold when I filed VAWA but I'm just confused as why they issued c14 EAD.

 Yes @Trizzle got a c14 which is the EAD for deffered action status! But he got both c31 and c14...it's not going to impact adversely on your AOS! but with an approved VAWA you're supposed to receive the C31 though...well I guess an EAD is an EAD no matter what category! It helps us achieve the same purpose! WORK WORK WORK..🎶 🎶💃 LOL😊✨🌟🌠⭐💫 @Trizzle come break it down for nap!👌

Sorry to bust your bubble. That is a general message they tell the congressmen/women office anytime they inquire on our behalf. When my congresswoman inquired on my case( AOS 1-485) they told her the same thing. That my case is pending security review.

@Brooklynguy1 i think we have the same time line and and also in NYC Queens for the past couple of days  i keep getting updates on my USCIS app when i go check the I-485 blank or can't be open so praying for both of us this is a positive sign

Thanks for your fast response! it's so confusing and I just don't know why would they issue c14 or if the attorney messed up.I hope it doesn't affect my AOS
