My lawyer get another prime facia determination valid for another 180 days expires March 2020 , and they are saying it’s unexpected to take a decision on my case before expiration date , this is the second determination i got since i field back in February 2018 ..

does this mean my case will take longer than usual ???

😊 not at all dear..it has nothing to do with filing together! There are people still waiting from early 2017...it will get to your turn. A little more patience!👍

Not at all! I had like 3 prima facies before getting approved! It just means they do not have to make a decision within the validity of the document..so you can renew in the event they don't approve before it's expiration! 😊👍

Iam so sorry for you ..

are you filling by your self ? Or you have a lawyer ?
did they sent you any RFE ??
it doesn’t matter if you sent the applications all together or no , this couldn’t be the reason for the delay ..

my suggestion to you is to get your congressman/woman involved in this and make them inquire about your case on your behalf because it’s taking longer than normal ..

I hope you her from them soon !

Hi Guys!!!!

I have 2 questions, if someone knows or hear something about it...

1. As far as I can see in this document... that I have found in USCIS website... a petitioner could re marry after I360 approval... for any chance somebody here re marry or know someone who did it?

2. Just found out that we can transfer the I130 priority date to the I360. Does anyone know how to do that?

Thanks!!!!

I am March 2018 no update from the day i filed till now. I use to have some routine messages every month saying, we are still working on you case and there are no updates as of now, we will let you know when we take a decision. But for the past 2 months i've not been having those messages. My case status is still at, we receive ur case and fees were waived. I am just waiting patiently for my own day to break. May God help us all.

It’s well. Soon by Gods grace🙏🏼
