Definitely NOT a requirement! Lots of people have their Greencards and are still married to their abuser.."technically"..that is..since they are seperated or live apart! But yeah...have all your documents ready..for the interview! Again it still depends on the officer on that designated day...sometimes you go with a truckload of documents only to be asked for two of them...however, it's still better than lacking any required documentation!๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

Good morning @Stillwinning!!!๐Ÿ˜Šย thanks for your reply. ๐Ÿ’—

I submitted everything with over 700 pages:

I-360 I-485 I-765 I-131 I-864W G325A I-1145

Spouse is a US citizen birth certificate included as well.

Now they rejected my I-485 I-765 I-131

It does not make any sense

I really do not know why

Did you apply for I 485 with you spoke before you applied for VAWA?ย

Thank you. I did not request copies of migration documents. At least I donโ€™t remember that ...

Hey hun!ย

ย

You should read read up on your situation on USCIS website. Use google translate to understand it very well. Also, get a lawyer here. You know anyone in the US who can guide you to a good lawyer who can speak your language as well?ย

Really? That sounds good then... perhaps give it another month so that they have enough time to get to it if they have not already? I donโ€™t want to write and then get a reply that โ€œ we are working on it, hold your horsesโ€ ๐Ÿคฃ

Once you have one thing going, it helps. Now that I am working and earning my own money, I amย more relaxed than before, give your mind something to focus on rather than the dread and anxiety that comes during tough times.ย Itโ€™s hard to see light when you are in that dark hole.ย

@dreamer1ย I don't think you can requestย themย to issue a prima facie... USCIS just received yourย RFE, give it another month. Prima facie is issued when you meet all the criterias for VAWA. If they requested youย RFEย for good faith marriage that means that you did not meet all the criteries at first. They will send it to you after they review your case.ย ย Usually USCIS renew the prima facie automatilly but if no you can request them to do so.ย ย

ย

Praying here for youย ๐Ÿ™

It really depends on the officer. Your RFEs, if you had received initially, you would have a delay in prima facia. They asked me for stuff initially.ย
