On my interview the immigration officer asked me basic questions on  i485 form, like my full name, parents names, date of birth, social security number and the last date of entry in the US, and  where I was working.

 

Then she asked me all yes/ no questions. She literally asked me to give her two documents my passport and medical report. I was so prepared with a big envelope and only asked for my passport and medical 😀. After the interview she gave me a paper that my case was held for review and would hear something from them no later than 120 days. And yes, I had an attorney. Since then was silence, no update online until Sept 14 that my new card was being produced 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💫💫💫✨✨

You clearly filed form l360 but I just don’t know if you filed the form correct because the form is used by physicians,widows,juveniles,translators and victims of abuse. Considering that  you don’t even know if you filed Vawa I am concern how you handle your case. You got EAD category C9 because you applied for work permit before or after filing VAWA

I got my hospital record today stating that I was admitted with High blood sugar, high blood pressure  and abrasion on my left upper arm and left fore arm and a headache from contact with another person.. • i have a hearing at the court regarding restraint order. Thing is I really dont want to go bc I will have to survive that all over again inside me and that causes an extreme stress and discomfort. Should I go or no, send a letter to the judge? I need that restraint order in a effect bc I git a lot of nasty txts and e mail with threats etc? Should I include those as an evidence in my petition?

In my own experience Threats text messages was all I Needed to get an order of protection at the Family court in Nyc and it was extended for a year after they review the text messages, I also pursuit to criminal Charge and a Criminal Court restraining order as well, but it was not pursuit by the District Attorney he said they had more serious cases of violence than just text threats SMH, to continue with the family court Order of protection, Which I did. I also translated those Text messages and notarized them and sent it as evidence of abuse to Vermont with my I-360 petition.

How did you notarize the text messages, i have screenshot of text messages he sent me.
