Also I believe you have filed your i360..the only problem is that you're confused about both names attributed to the same petition! VAWA is i360 dear! If you've filed VAWA then you have filed i360!

Oh I see your confusion! But first I want to reassure you that everything is fine!👍😊 C31 will be issued when your VAWA is approved! The C9 shows you have a pending i485! Oh dear! You put us in a state of confusion! Now go grab a cup of coffee and relax!

VAWA petitioners can get EAD c09 or EAD c31.

 

C09 EAD is based on having a pending 485.

 

C31 EAD is the EAD you get after VAWA 360 form is approved. 

 

 Please remember everyone has a different situation with USCIS so some of the info or topics people are discussing may not apply to your situation. You can check your 360 case status online using the receipt number on your prima facie. Cases are still processing for those who filed around the same time you did it seems based on previous postings. Once your 360 is approved you may get a c31 EAD in the mail. If you do you can mail it back to them with a letter explaining you already have c09 EAD. (You dont need 2 EADs_). Then you wait for your 485 to be processed and an interview slot to open at your local office.

You have ead based on c09 so you already submitted I485. Your vawa case is pending since Oct 17 so you already submitted i360 as well.. you should not worry about anything you are fine

Thank you very much, I lose truck of my card. Do you think it's late to change the address? when I file my physical address is different from my mailing address. I want to change my physical and mailing address now. do you think I will make a mess? how long do you think it will take to send me the card again after I change the address?
