Hi everyone, I would like to ask a few questions.

1)How long after the I-485 interview do they make a decision on your Greencard?.... 

 

2)Do work permits still take 5 months to renew or its even longer now?.

yea on a cover letter i will write that based on pending I485 i do not require to pay fees for my forms but I am not sure so I am attaching I912 based on extreme financial hardship :-) doing it today

Although USCIS has been maintaining that they have about 120days to adjudicate the i485 after interview...It is impossible to say, as it depends on your case. It can take as little as a week to receive it in the mail after the interview, to several months😊👍

Also for the work permits..it depends too..most folks got theirs under 3/4 months..others 8/9 months..yeah it takes that long! I'm still waiting on mine that was sent out Feb this year..💁

I talked to congresswomen regarding my expedition request for EAD i sent 2 weeks to vermont ! She told me that my application was transferred to vermont because my underlying i360 is there , my lawyer mad a mistake and sent the EAD and AP renewal applications to Nebraska instead of vermont ! So i will take awhile to receive it and review it ! I sent it last May 2019 ! I don’t understand how it gonna work ? Will they consider the 4 months ? Or no !

Actually they do consider the wait time, My EAD was also sent by mistake to NBC it was transfer to Vermont on April 24th, 2019 and I got my EAD on hand May 13th 2019, it was shipped from Vermont on May 9th, 2019 So it took around 10 days after the transfer to be process and mail out. 

(But EAD was stock on NBC From August 2018 to April 201, 8 months i also evolve my congress person. But lucky Nebraska Center is not so busy center as NBC is )

I have the green card interview scheduled for next month! yay! @sandraj @Stillwinning!!!😊Do I need to bring my Daughter? she is 9 years old and I included her in my Vawa and I-485 application. if so, does she needs updated medical exams as well?

Yayyy!💃😘😀😀 thank God for making it possible! I believe this one's for just you! You can only file for her after you become a LPR! She can accompany you of course to the venue..but you'll be the only one in the room with the officer...so I believe!😊👍 congrats again!❤❤❤❄❄⭐🌠⭐🌠

She has a case too, she even got a work permit and SS. so, I am not sure about what to do. she has a pending I-485 as well. I came with K-1 visa and she came with K-2 visa as my daughter.

What's the name on the interview letter..does it mention you and your daughter? Or just you...

exactly 3 years.

 

any suggestions for the interview @sandraj? I was arrested due to false allegations from my ex and that case was dismissed.

You must get a CERTIFIED COURT DEPOSITION regarding the dismissal.

Her interview won’t be with you,but she will get the letter regarding her AOS interview .
