but i filed my ead before my current ead expired. but the category was c31 instead of c09. just because i haven't received my ead yet based on c31, thats why i am applying for a new one based on c09

Yes but the renewal category was mistaken by your attorney not USCIS.  Sorry you going thru this situation, even if you file for a new I-765 renewal under C09 and EAD is already expire they will not give you the 180 days extension. Also renew C09 including your I-485 receipt it shows you initially paid the fee, so you don't need to paid again, i think they will accepted.

Thank you dear. 180 days is not important right now. i need a EAD that is important. I will submit my new package tomorrow hopefully

sounds great if not in a rush, go head and do so... keep us updated if they don't ask  for the fee with this second renewal with the correct category, USCIS is a little messy with that this day.

In this topic the questions like that are relevant. I was trying to determine if she had a chance to file I360 from Russia. 

Looks like she has little to zero chances though...

My attorney said I can file for another EAD with c09 but it does not require him to give me another g28. is that so?

Hi there! VAWA petitioners can petition from inside the United States and also from abroad..you can research on it..not everyone knows that..also I believe she can make it..It's already happening!😊👍

If he is not giving you the g28..he is probably saying it's fine to do it by yourself...well do it by yourself dear..you'll probably do it much better!💁
