I read through your old posts trying to put together a timeline and I think your attny really messed up. You said you filed Nov 2017- 360,485,765. You should have gotten your EAD a long time ago. The best I can figure is your attny asked for c31 EAD on the 765 he filed in 2017. They should have asked for c09 EAD. If they asked for c31 then it makes sense that you got this denial letter. As the letter states you were issued a C31 EAD when 360 was approved. If the online system shows 360 approved and card was mailed July 2019 that is referring to your c31 EAD. It would be mailed to your attny. They most likely have it sitting in an envelope somewhere.ย

With my initial package, even my attorney mentioned c31 but i got c09 based on pending i485. I agree her attorney messed up or didnt receive an ead

Good evening All,

ย

Congratulations to all approvals and all upcoming GC interviews, it IS already done by HIS grace!!

I want to say a big thank you to everyone who rejoices with others as your blessings are sure and they are NOW. Thank you to @TBoneTX for your timely and warm prayers in opening every single thread as there have been multiple cheers of approvals. To @sandranj for your love and support of many whom you have not even met but you fight for them tireless daily. To @Stillwinning!!!๐Ÿ˜Š for starting off this month of September with positive prayers, it is so well appreciated and it is happening. To @Trizzle, to my girl, my sis, @Ziongirl, @CASTIEL, thank you for always cheering everyone on in their journeys. To everyone still waiting on approvals, please TRUST God, and watch HIM work wonders in your life. I am not saying this lightly, TRUST God!

Please forgive me for side stepping a bit, as this is not about VAWA but it is a huge testimony in my life and some of you have come to feel like family so I wanted to share my good news with you all. My God came through for me and declared me a Licensed Registered Nurse a few days ago, I am so overwhelmed by HIS love and faithfulness in my life, I'm still crying tears of joy, my God is faithful. Everything the enemy tried to take away from me these past few years, the Lord has blessed me with a million fold. 16 years of torture and humiliation has come to an end, the nay sayer said I would never make it on my own without him just to make me stay, and I remember telling him "you are forgetting the God factor". My God is with me (Emmanuel), HE is the Divine High Priest, God of wonders, Chief Cornerstone, El Shaddai, Jehovah Rapha, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Jirey, Mighty God in battle. The Lord turned a whole sea into dry land so HIS children could cross to safety, what else will HE not do for us? The Lord said that wheresoever our feet would touch, it will be our coast. Do not fret, God is in the driver's seat. @Stillwinning!!!๐Ÿ˜Š, @Ziongirl praise and thank HIM in advance and watch the heavens rain blessings. I am just here worshiping HIM with the praise song El Shaddai, it moves my spirit.

Thank you to all for just being here cheering each other on in different stages of this journey, we all will celebrate each other's success stories. Have a blessed night all, thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

Congrats! And God Bless!

Hi..this update from USCIS might explain your situation..they switch things up from time to time...๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

ย

"....we may schedule applicants to appear for an interview at a field office outside of their normal jurisdiction. Applicants may receive an interview appointment notice or other types of notices (such as a Request for Evidence) from a field office outside of their normal jurisdiction. However, these caseload changes will not affect where applicants attend their biometrics appointments. We will still direct them to the nearest application support center. Applicants should follow the instructions on any notices they receive from USCIS...."

Hello to all my friends.
Perhaps this post is not entirely relevant to this topic ... But I want to help. I made a very big mistake leaving the USA. Iโ€™ve been trying for years and trying to live in America. I loved my husband and didnโ€™t specifically look for an American man, it happened by chance. And then I fell in love with America. I canโ€™t live in Russia, I feel bad here.
And now I donโ€™t know what to do, live and wait for all this ... And what should I do?
I understand that these are just emotions, but I really, really, really feel bad. And how to live on and why I do not know.

You donโ€™t have other option now besides to wait the Vawa to be approved to return to the U.S.I assume you stayed here out of status and probably you have theย 3/10 year-barย to reenter because of unlawful presenceย ,VAWA petitioners areย exempt of the bar, that being said you have to wait in your home Country until you can get the green card,ย and considering that you are living abroad you will have toย wait at least 3 years to return to the U.S.

Just keep doing what youโ€™re supposed to do from your home country . Good thing is youโ€™re close to family and friends in Russia. I have no one here to run to, and I felt so so alone many times my spouse asked me to leave . Keep pushing sis .ย
