I don't have it.ย

I suggest you apply for a new EAD under c31 , download the i765 form for employment authorization and fill the form and tickย category c31, ... the write a cover letter , add your i360 approve notice add this letter uscis sent you now, and explain on your cover letter that u are filing for c31 cos you never had any ead before now.. you should get your ead c31 bless u and I wish u more grace....

I never get issuedย C31. I don't have EAD at all

What? Are you using an attorney? But the letter USCIS sent says or rather confirms the fact that they do issue C31 following i360 approval..so what's the delay? Time to get back to your representative..to enquire!๐Ÿ˜•

Family i need help. I think i have to send a new i765 package with c09. Do i need to add a fee waiver or i can send it without fees because i already paid fees with c31 category?? Suggestion

Donโ€™t get into the cycle of fee waiver and then rejection ... whatโ€™s the pointย

just send a check of $410 .... this will be a small price to pay in the big pictureย

Hey Shroy! I hope it's your attorney that's handling this and not you? If you're sending a fee waiver, do you have all the supporting documents to accompany it? If no then it's going to be a merry go round...folks just include the fees..saves time and avoids headaches! Talk to your attorney and get to it! Good luck dear!๐Ÿ˜˜

Sure I know it's the same petition we're talking about..I just meant for you to remind me again when you filed..as I know you must have mentioned it before..just that I can't keep up with several timelines...pretty overwhelming!๐Ÿ˜Š
