Iam so sorry to hear that !! I sent my request one week after you sent yours , still i didn’t get any response from them ! No updates on the system just to say okay we have got your request and will see ! Nothing just they ignored it!

All we have Now  .. patience , praying , waiting !

I know you're a strong woman..but I also know you're not catwoman that can shuttle between continents in minutes to attend therapy sessions in another country..😳😳😳 you can do it over there in Russia it will be good enough..and yes this evaluation helps to proove abuse..mental/psychological that is!😊👍

Omg I finally got my fingerprints appointment for my EAD. I was so excited I went to their office today, one week early lol 😂 🤣

I got this decision letter from UCIS that my 765 is denied because 360 is approved. please I need your advice here. @sandranj

my attorney will call vawa hotline and will confirm if i can file another i765 with c09

Lola swt ❤❤❤ good to have you back! It's hard to predict USCIS..as most people have two EADs! Even Sandra said so just yesterday...so I really don't know why this is... I had two EADs as well when my VAWA got approved...but sent the C9 for renewal and they said they're working on it....I hope I don't get this message...WOW! It's crazy!👎

I'm not sure if that is what really makes the difference...😏 but thank God your i360 is approved and you have your C31..they probably don't see why you need two EADs...it's all good..I hope you get your interview before it expires and wouldn't have to go through the hassles of renewing! That's what I pray for myself as well!😕🙏 wanna channel my energy into more positive things!😊👍

I never get issued C31. I don't have EAD at all
