Hi guys, I have been reading the post for a very long time, but first time posting. Just wondering if there are anyone still waiting since Aug 2017. I got RFE in Feb 2019 and responded March 2019.

Hi there👋..there are folks here still waiting from much earlier than Aug 2017...anyway what was.your RFE for..usually they take between 30-90 days to respond! Of course some cases take longer...

Thank you for your quick response, it was for shared Residence and good faith marriage

Ok...almost same as mine..with the addition of good moral character! USCIS responded in 60days...anyways I really do hope you hear back soon as it's been what? 5months? But then I've seen cases like that..still approved after much considerations/deliberations...whatever it is they do out there..stay focused and positive..also you could ask your congressman to enquire..matter of fact..I think you should do that!

Good morning, hope you are doing great. I received my EAD card with one year validity and started working as well last month. I am feeling little bit relieved from financial hardship now. 

Before getting job as i wasn't have any income I got enrolled and started taking benefits from MassHealth, a free healthcare service to people without income or income under poverty line in Massachusetts. I needed to use MAssHealth for my ongoing psychological counselling because of abuse I faced from my ex.  As I started working now, should I inform MassHealth to discontinue free healthcare service to me? Or if I will continue taking free health care service then does it gonna impact my VAWA case or Greencard process in future after VAWA approval ? I don't have any issue to discontinue taking this free healthcare from Government, but I just only want to know it's possible adverse  impacts on greencard process. 

Could you please help me and guide on this matter please ?  Thanks Sandra !

Good morning beautiful people,

Please, anyone in Houston Texas or Texas State. What did you use for good moral character report ? And where did you get it from ? I went to the Houston Police Department ID department and they did my background check and name check and gave me three identical letters stating I have no criminal record or ever been arrested . Don’t know if that’s the good moral character. The letter didn’t state for the past three years even though I’ve lived in the same county for four years .

Why am I not getting anymore notifications when you guys posts here? I haven’t gotten any notifications since the 9th. Now my mind is playing tricks on me wondering if my husband bugged my phone and did something remotely. I see there is  a VaWA 15 thread. Way to go guys, keep it growing.

My case went to further review, 15 days (it could take up to 180 days) to know if I get to stay or not so I have to continue waiting... 

The officer just didn’t make a decision on my case there because he needed to send it to further review to a supervisor to make sure about my “legit” Divorce Decree and he wanted my daughters’ birth certificates too

So I have to continue waiting either for :
RFE or Denial Document or GC

Welcome atleast someone from Massachusetts,  when you get your insurance from work masshealth will definitely be stopped I had it but the minute the system was notified it was discontinued automatically.  Which city are you in? And what step are you now?

Request criminal record from Houston police department, you can go in their web site to print out the form, fill  and mail it with the correct fee to the address on the form, I think I did mine for $24 or so, can’t remember, tick immigration purpose, and make sure to add a valid I’d, I used my passport then.
