Now it makes sense! Manhattan takes as long as the USCIS reported in that response!👍😏 the other lady here from NYC who just got approved..Nichola2017 under 8months is under the queens office..me too queens office! I heard that the folks who live in the Bronx are directed to the Manhattan office!

@Stillwinning!!!😊 ... or somebody else... do you think, that this processing time apply for those I-485 held before I-360 filled? my pending I-485 is from... receipt date Nov 2017 but priority date... Jun 2016... so when I got the I-360 approved (May 2019), they kept the original priority date, so when I filled as family-based before vawa... so I am confuse and wondering which date should I follow... guessing I might be outside the regular processing time....

My marriage based i485 which was put on hold has a priority date of Dec 2016! The priority date on my VAWA approval letter is Dec 2016! I honestly don't know which date they use..if it's when your VAWA was approved or the initial i485 date..😏😏 but Sandra has mentioned severally that the priority date doesn't mean anything...we probably join a fresh queue..all speculations!😳 you get your interview when you get it LOL!😀😀 are you in NYC? Whats your field office?

I wish i knew too cos my local office is past my priority date. I don't also know where my local office is. I only got a CL.. I am not sure where my file is because i have two local offices close to me.

yep... I should stop checking my online case... and wait for a big surprise... I am in San Francisco... I just got my approval 4 months ago... but after 18 months waiting for vawa approval, seems an eternity, thanks!!!

I think it's basically determined by your address! So you should know..😊

Some folks waited 24months for approval...yeah it's kinda rough!😕 coupled with the i485 wait...Phew!! We'll see the end of it! Folks waiting for i360 approval wanna be in your shoes..while we waiting for interview can't wait to get it over with!😊 that's called LIFE!

The priority date changes, in the beginning the ones we have I485 pending with ex-abusers are the one on our I130 BUT once vawa gets approved the Priority Date is the day you filed Vawa.
