Yes! I advised you to do so, totally worth it!

on my case she stood up to say, irrelevant to the case of my client, not appropriate to ask as we filed and you should have all documents in hand, etc... very responsive to protect me! I love my lawyer!

Correct attorney! I knew your expectations is high as in getting to receive alert of approval but it’s not yet uhuru. You will be just fine and will definitely share yours testimony on this platform. God that didn’t allow you to die during abuse, will keep you alive to collect your GC. Many want to be like you. Keep praying and keep waiting. It’s can’t be longer up to the time you started. Be lifted and be positive. Your day is

nearer than ever. Your level of happiness you created for yourself now till your GC will fasten yours approval. Your joy is yours and make sure you are happy.

I am just laying down the 3 options:

RFE

GC

Denial

No reason to get denied but on today’s environment everything can happen!

keeping real and my grounded feet!

Uscis doesn't approve petition on spot No more, they will say oh oh we going to put under review, the IO going to go through your file again then give it to his or her supervisor to approve it.

Wait 4 days then check your online status.

I strongly believe you are fine, maybe the officer didn't like that your attorney was not afraid to talk/stop any inappropriate questions from his side so he wanted to show some superiority. Keep praying and God will take care of you, he doesn't give us more that we can't handle. We all  here will be praying for positive outcomes.

Thank  for your reply. I did not understand, unfortunately. Can I apply from another country? In this case, I must indicate the address in the USA, for example, a friend, so that the answers are sent there? For a friend to send me answers from them?

Hi Everyone. I hope everyone is doing ok and is getting the results they need in God’s grace. My attorney just told me that they have wrote and requested that USCIS reopen my case because I will be filing based on VAWA. He advised me to start gathering all the necessary documents as we await USCIS. Is this the standard protocol? I thought we would just submit my VAWA application knowing that my husband has withdrawn his petition already and I have gotten the denial letter. Do I now wait on USCIS to reopen my case in order to file VAWA? And how likely will they reopen my case? I’m nervous as to what to expect from them moving forward.

I went to my interview today as you know:

My case went to further review, 15 days (it could take up to 180 days) to know if I get to stay or not so I have to continue waiting...

The officer just didn’t make a decision on my case there because he needed to send it to further review to a supervisor to make sure about my “legit” Divorce Decree and he wanted my daughters’ birth certificates too

So I have to continue waiting either for :
RFE or Denial Document or GC

Thank you for all your support! 🙌🏼🇺🇸

My dear congratulations,  you have made it already... you have been approved,  take your green card in jesus name Amen... you carry favour and grace and Gods presence...bless u dear..
