Now the waiting time for the Interview that takes between 5-12 months sometimes 14 months after Vawa Approval but average time is 7-10 months.

Do no worry, remember not everyone get CL some do others not but for sure don’t do medical until your local office requested.

Thank you it is good to know and does it matter if you were maried for a green card holder or a US Citizen?

You can't verify by phone or email with vawa case because of so called "privacy" issue. VSC is like a ghost island completely isolated from rest of the world.

 

Hi, it’s more than 8 weeks for me, since I submitted my vawa, and nothing, not even receipt, some people said it’s normal, pray. So you can not call vawa unit over the phone for inquiries? Thanks

If you have an attorney, they can call VAWA unit for you! You will still get.your receipt 😊 it sometimes take that long for some people! Patience...

I'm Aug 2017 filer and I just received an e-mail my I-360 has been approved. I received my EAC approval on Aug 8. Card in hand on Aug 14th. 

I read people have gotten EAC under C14, I did too. For what I've seen is that you cannot apply for Driver's License in Arizona and some other states but thankfully I don't live there.

Now the wait begins for my interview, YAY!!!!
