Yes I totally agree with you. Ideally yes I'm supposed to redo my biometrics but no one can actually tell the ways and means of USCIS. We just keep our fingers crossed and wait.

How long does it take to receive I-1145 email and text notifications for VAWA case at VSC?

How long does it take to cash out I-485 processing fee?

@sandranj do you know how long it's taking them now to approve a case after they have approved the EAD? I'm on my day 80 since I received my EAD (C31)

If you are talking after Vawa Approval EAD C31 between 5-12 months to get interview after approval.

No, I'm talking about the actual approval notice for VAWA. I received my EAD but they haven't actually sent me a approval notice yet. The status still shows "card was delivered" does that make sense?

I totally understand what you mean! Mine was sent one month after card production notice! But if it's any consolation..USCIS have been having system glitches lately..not sure if this has anything to do with the delay..but I wanted you to know a lot of folks are affected as well! Some days I log into my USCIS acc and it's blank! You can also enquire about it through your representative!👍

Also I believe you will get it soon! Card production definitely equals approval! So be rest assured!👍😊 every one has different timeline on this same journey!

Hi Family ...,

can someone suggestion my i 485 interview was in March 13 since then no decision . My ead c31 is expiring in mid October and my deferred status will expire in Jan 2020 now i have applied for renewal of my ead got receipt but is there anyone waiting on interview decision for more than 6 months . I do not have any criminal record...

i wish my mind gets some rest ....

Just wanted to provide the dates for I765 - C31 renewal in case anyone is in the same situation. Mailed the application on August 14th. Vermont received on August 20th, Notice date 08/27; 09/04 - update online that they completed the biometric review, working on the case.

Hi @Stillwinning!!!😊. I had my ead c14 after 23 months after i360 submitted. Now i worry 2 things:

1. Why c14 instead of c31, if my i360 approved?

2. Should i bring this ead to social security agency to apply/confirm my SSN is legit now?

Do you have any idea? Or see anything familiar? I appreciate your response

It happened to me too! Request it via Infopass.

it took me 2 months to get it on the mail.

So from 10/29/18 Approval until 1/22/19 that I got it! Best!
